Sectional timings in LIC assistant Mains exam
As you know sectional timings are allotted. Earlier students used to manage their time according to their needs. They used to spend more time in quantitative and reasoning than in English and general awareness.
But as you know sectional timings being allotted so every student will get 30 minutes for each section means they’ll get 150 minutes to complete their mains exam.
Everybody knows it’s an online exam. Only one question will appear on the screen at a time so, students have to focus on time, speed and accuracy altogether.

Negative marking in LIC Assistant Mains Exam
Negative marking will remain this time too. This year too ¼ marks will be deducted for each wrong answer means if you give 4 wrong answers then your 1 mark will get deducted.
As you know in competitive exams even one mark can make a huge difference. Either you will be selected for the next round due to getting one marks more or due to one mark less, you can lose the opportunity of being an LIC Assistant. There will be no negative markings for unanswered questions.
